Promoting manufacturing activity in a way both our customers and our company can prosper. |
|
We boast superior R&D capabilities as well as a wealth of sophisticated know-how that have been cultivated in our half-century-long history as a specialist manufacturer in the field of injection molding. We were also the first in the industry to address the development of energy-saving molding machines. As for quality assurance, we pursue ever more sophisticated levels in both our designs and products. These endeavors are inspired by the customer-oriented standards of ISO 9001: 2008, which have resulted in our quality policy of Promoting manufacturing activity in a way both our customers and our company can prosper.
In commercial production, we are intent on raising quality ever closer to perfection by conducting functional evaluations, durability tests and rigid inspections of finished products in all processes, from high-quality machining of mechanism elements and the loading of high-precision electronic control devices through to final assembly.

Nissei will aim at harmonizing corporate activities with the global environment by developing environment-friendly initiatives such as the conservation of resources and energy consumption and prevention of environmental pollution. |

Nissei's Head Office and factory were accredited to ISO 14001, the international standard for environmental management, in April 1999. We are striving to live up to our environmental principle: Nissei will aim at harmonizing corporate activities with the global environment by developing environment-friendly initiatives such as the conservation of resources and energy consumption and prevention of environmental pollution. This principle calls for us to promote environmental considerations in all spheres of our operation from development and manufacture of peripheral equipment and systems as well as injection molding machines, through to customer support services.
Our original, environment-inspired technology is yielding a number of breakthroughs, including molding machines with exceptional power-saving features, a molding process for biodegradable resins, a sandwich molding process for waste plastic utilization, a direct molding process using flakes from discarded PET bottles, and commercial production of easily recyclable alloys whose raw material magnesium -- is available in abundance as an undersea resource. |
