| Electric type, DCE Series |
This series is equipped with the new clamping mechanism "Double Flat Clamp," into
which the idea of the hydraulic 2-piston clamping mechanism is incorporated,
permitting ideal transmission of clamping force to two sides of a mold. Furthermore,
the high-speed, shockless mold rotating mechanism, high-speed control (control
cycle: 100 microsec.) for stable injection operation, and various types of high-speed
operations permit the series to meet the needs for diversified two-color molding. |

DCE140-9E (Equipped with option) |
| Hydraulic type, DC Series |
The series is equipped with NISSEI's original 2-piston clamping mechanism that
permits ideal transmission of clamping force to two sides of a mold (DC120 and
above). In addition to high-speed control (control cycle: 500 microsec.) and
improved repeatability by the new controller "TACT," the servomotor-driven new rotating mechanism materializes high-speed, shockless mold reversing operation (reversing time: approx. 1/2 of conventional machines). |
