High-precision injection/plasticization
High-velocity injection control at 100 sec (new controller TACT) promises high-precision and stable molding. The response and repeatability of process and V-P change control have been improved, demonstrating its superiority in high-speed molding.

High-velocity and quick-response injection
New NEX Series achieves up to 1.5 times faster injection velocity and 3.2 times quicker response than its precursor by the injection ball screw "shaft rotation" mechanism and low inertia motor. The response of 1E~5E types are especially quick in the industry.

High-precision metering control (Pre-packing or precise metering)
The selection of one of the two control modes that enables high-precision metering: “Pre-packing” and “precise metering.”

  • It provides a consistent metering density and injection volume and stabilizes the response of a check valve.
  • It is effective for coping with instability caused by using crushed materials and material lot.
  • It is effective for optimizing the clamping force or reducing it to the minimal level.
