More versatility in molding [Cope with the molding of various products, such as from thin to thick wall products, and utilize versatile molding control programs]

High-endurance injection pressure design
By expanding the allowable injection surge pressure range and having quick-response control, it can hold the high-velocity/pressure to the end of filling process, enhancing the injection performance for thin-wall products.

High-velocity, quick-response, and high-pressure injection
Higher-velocity and quicker-response injection.
The maximum injection holding pressure is equal to the maximum injection, expanding its potential of high-velocity/pressure molding for polycarbonate and other high-viscosity resins.
Injection velocity table images
* indicates “VALUE Pack (standard equipment)”.
*The standard 1E, 2E, 3E, and 5E are for the ultra high-velocity specifications.
*Selections of 400 mm/s (ultra high-velocity) for 9E and 370 mm/s (ultra high-velocity) for 12E are available (optional).

High injection load specification (Optional)
The high-load mode allows the machine to process thick-wall products, such as lenses. Longer injection time can be set.
The servomotor load monitoring function enables moldings that require a long pressure holding time and high-cycle operations while monitoring the load conditions.

Diverse control programs will meet a wide range of your molding needs
HPC (Injection holding pressure positioning control): This control is useful for high-velocity molding, uniform molding of thin-wall products, and prevention of sink and warpage.
CPN3 (Clamping compression molding): This is a method to perform clamping and filling simultaneously. This is effective to reduce product's stress and ensures smoother gas ventilation.
MIP 0 (Processing inside mold): Ejector operation during clamping allows gate-cutting and local compression of the products.
Injection during mold clamping (IDMC): Injection starts just before the high-pressure mold clamping. This control is useful for degassing the mold and shortening the cycle time.

Example of the effect of injection during mold clamping

* An example of significant reduction in the number of defectives by “Injection during mold claming,” in which occurrences of the short shots were numerous before the function was activated.
