Added an improved mold temperature controller to "NHW Series"

Nissei Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd. had been developing injection molding machines which meet the needs of the times as well as making efforts to develop their peripheral equipment.
Nissei reviewed the performance, design and kinds of existing mold temperature controllers of "NHW Series", and developed an improved model and has started the sale from January.
The mold temperature control is an extremely important factor that dominates the quality of molded goods.
Since its start of sale, "NHW Series" had been favorably accepted by customers because of its unique performance such as high discharge pressure and big flow of the medium. At the same time, the higher performance and space saving model to cope with precision molding machines, which were being developed one after another, was demanded by users in addition to increase availability of the kinds.
Outlines of the improvement of this time are as under.

In addition to two types of equipment Nissei had been marketing, "NHW220R" which is usable in the range from room temperature to 120 degrees C was made available and put on sale as the highest class unit.
[Improved performance/design]
Regarding the performance of the equipment, PID control (Note 1) and SSR method (Note 2) were added, and direct cooling circuit was applied thus achieving high precision temperature control.
Regarding the design, compact and space saving model was developed utilizing high-speed circulation of small amount of a medium thereby maintaining the set temperature. Further, the operability of the control panel was improved by simplifying the design of the panel thereby complicated delicate adjustment has been eliminated.
Another point to mention is that the "remote control by a molding machine" that had been demanded by users became possible as an option.
As a result, followings were made possible by dint of Nissei Electronic Controller installed on a Nissei injection molding machine,
(1) setting and indication of mold temperature
(2) starting and stopping of a pump
(3) indication of error of NHW.
Thus the equipment displays, in various places, many know-how Nissei has accumulated as an injection molding machine maker.
Now, the "NHW Series" is formed as under by the performance of the pump used.
NHW55R...Discharge volume: 60L/min. Discharge pressure: 0.4MPa
NHW75R...Discharge volume: 65L/min. Discharge pressure: 0.5MPa
MHW220R...Discharge volume: 150L/min. Discharge pressure: 0.65MPa
The voltage and other specifications will be adapted to each local regulation.
(Note 1; PID Control) A control method that is fast to stable and suppresses over-shooting by combining three movements: Proportion (P), Integral calculus (I), Differential calculus (D)
(Note 2; SSR method) A solid state relay. A relay without a contact point using a semi-conductor.
