Nissei America Establishes Satellite Office in Tijuana

Nissei America, Inc., (headquarters: Anaheim, California) has established NA Tijuana Satellite as a service support operation for Tijuana, Mexico and the Maquiladora areas around its periphery close to the U.S. national border. Business commenced on November 14.
Tijuana and the surrounding Maquiladora zones are home to a concentration of appliance, IT, medical, and construction industry factories of Japanese and U.S. corporations and until now, Nissei America itself handled service. In order that a service framework is established to more swiftly respond to local users, however, a satellite office has been opened in Tijuana and staff members skilled in the Spanish language have been stationed there to take charge of after service.
Besides its headquarters in Anaheim, Nissei America maintains offices at five other locations in the U.S.-- Chicago, New Jersey, Atlanta, Ohio, and New England -- and Tijuana will be the third satellite office in addition to similar operations in Pennsylvania and Florida.
