Exhibiting the two latest models at DMP 2009
Nissei Plastic Industrial Co. Ltd., will exhibit its two latest electric type injection molding machines in anticipation of increased demand from China at the "11th China Dongguan International Plastics, Packaging and Rubber Exhibition" that will be held in Dongguan, China from November 18 to 21. The function of the East Asian region, which centers around China, as the factory of the world, is increasing further in the field of digital and IT equipment, such as notebook computers, liquid crystal TVs, and mobile telephones, and in the field of precision electronic components, including LED chips that are drawing attention as light sources in liquid crystal displays and next-generation lighting equipment. In order to meet the high demand of molders under such circumstances, Nissei Plastic Industrial Co. Ltd., has developed the two latest high spec models and will exhibit them at the show. Models to be exhibited 1. The electric type ultra high speed/high pressure injection molding machine, "NEX110-6EH" This machine was developed based on our company's main model, the electric type injection molding machines, the "NEX Series", with clapping force of 1080kN (110t) aimed at mainly molding thin wall products such as light guides and thin wall multimedia cards. Molding demonstration will be held for two three inch thin wall light guides. This machine is equipped with a newly designed ultra high speed injection system aimed at molding thin wall products such as thin light guides, multimedia cards, and narrow pitch connectors. The biggest characteristics are the injection speed at 1,000mm/s, which is twice as fast as the standard NEX machine, the injection acceleration speed, which is 6G, and the injection pressure, which is 295MPa. It also stabilizes plastic plasticizing and mixing through the optimization of the proportional-integral-derivative controller (PID controller). Moreover, the molding system is based on the flat clamp molding system that realized the praised "direct pressure" used in the NEX standard type machine with high rigidity and has increased the rigidity of the mold. 2. The electric type vertical injection molding machine, "TH40E5VEN" This machine is a new model of the electric type vertical machine, the TH-E Series with clamping force of 392kN (40t) that has upgraded its injection speed/fast response. This machine is a high speed injection type vertical molding machine fit for hoop insert molding of precision electronic components such as micro connectors and LED chips with a wide range of applications and attractive markets. There will be a demonstration of hoop molding 16 connectors consecutively through hoop insert molding system equipped with an auto reel and in-mold hoop feeder at the show. This machine is a combination of single-stage type mold clamping system and center injection (vertical injection against the molding machine) and the upper part of the mold moves up and down in single-stage type. Hence, it is especially fit for consecutive hoop molding of lead terminals and could easily be used for molding that requires a three-dimensional bent of lead terminals as pretreatment and punching out products as post processing. The characteristics are (1)Equipped with the highly praised NEX Series type injection system that allows high speed injection. (2)Through system analyses, a mold design with high rigidity that minimizes the changes in the mold. (3)A compact design that is fit for insert molding and is also easier to install. (4)Since a injection system has a gyrating structure, maintaining the barrel and the cylinder is easy. Booth Number is D05.
